> The program aims to raise students’ physical abilities in the following three areas 目標提升學生三大範疇的運動能力

i) Agility and Reaction 靈敏度及反應

ii) Strength and Speed 力量及速度

> Certificates could be applied (HKD$150/ each) by students who have achieved at least a 70% attendance rate in academic year (excluding summer course) 課堂出席率 (不包括暑期課程) 達七成的學員可申請證書 ($HKD 150 一張)

> We conduct athletic assessments and provide reports for students regularly in order to formulate personalized training programs for students in accordance with their performance and learning progress.
