Lai Chi Kok Indoor Track and Field Fitness Course
Lai Chi Kok Indoor Track and Field Fitness Courses are designed for students aged 2-12 years old. They are held indoors in a safe and comfortable air-conditioned environment. Under the guidance of a team of professional coaches, through fun running and jumping training and strength training, students can improve speed and agility, enhance coordination, balance, concentration, stimulate muscle growth, and comprehensively promote the development of students' physical fitness and athletic ability.
Regular Track and Field Courses
Regular Athletics Training Course is designed for students aged 3 or above, covering a variety of track and field events such as sprint, middle and long distance running, relay, long jump, hurdles, javelin, softball, etc. Based on technique and running posture, we teach students in accordance with their aptitude and formulate effective training guidelines to comprehensively train students' physical fitness and improve their cardiopulmonary function, body coordination, reaction, speed, flexibility, balance and explosiveness.


2025 Summer Track and Field Course
The 2025 Summer Track and Field Course is designed for students aged 3 or above. Through a variety of track and field activities such as sprinting, long jump, relay, etc. during the summer vacation, students can comprehensively improve their speed, coordination and explosiveness. Under the guidance of a professional coaching team, the course combines fun competitions and technical training to help students grow happily in the summer and discover their sports potential!
