Tailored to primary school sprint training or secondary school middle- and long-distance endurance development, we comprehensively strengthen cardiovascular function, body coordination, reaction speed, flexibility, balance, and explosive power. Through fun games integrated into our toddler athletics curriculum, children aged 3-6 can joyfully learn basic movements, prevent injuries, and build lifelong exercise habits.
